Tradingview stopped working today.

Breaks websites that have popups or require cookies. Results in sites that you can't scroll or click and generally interact with. This is 100% the extension that does this as I don't have many and double-checked with only this extension installed, no VPN either was used or other software. If the dev wants to get this working, test on www(dot)scan(dot)co(dot)uk.

Rarely works.

Had it for years and its the best! Thank you soooo much️❤️

Works great!

Barely works. The extension leads to many websites not working properly, i.e. buttons that are not clickable, scrolling does not work, i.e. the view being "frozen" on the default homepage view and generally issues with advanced elements, sending form content (i.e. contact/support form) or paying for things. As I now habitually deactivate the extension for a website before using it (and then need to accept the cookies anyway), it is no longer worth the hassle. I feel like the extension needs much more effort and time invested and that the developer should collect all whitelisted websites for review, given that "whitelisting" a website should (in theory) not be necessary, i.e. shows where the extension fails.

blocks other website elements too

It breaks the TradingView website, causing most of the buttons to stop working. Otherwise, it was very useful.

Troy Yu

Used to be good, but now rarely works. I think this is more about websites adapting or changing their methods but still, about 8 of 10 websites I visit I still see the cookie prompt.

Damian Rutecki

not working

wojtulace hoe

Still works.

I'm confused by all the negative reviews - I can understand some issue with the extension if it's sometimes failing or being difficult with website. But, In my experience, It's been pretty much flawless since Day 1, and I've installed/been using it on various browsers and devices with no issue at all. There may be the odd cookie pop-up occasionally, but I can't say I recall any. IME, it just works seamlessly, drastically minimising the amount of the cookie pop-up you'd get when browsing any sites, to the point that, when I use a device with no cookie-avoiding extension, it's immediately noticeable and wildly frustrating to have to deal with such cookie pop-ups that I'd previously forgotten about. 5*, does what it says. YMMV.

Plug & play. Great extension!

Dangerous extension. It breaks crucial scripts on some websites. The project on GitHub looks half dead. The last commit was over 6 months ago. The issue tab is full of user requests to add support to websites. This means the functionality of this extension relies to a large extent on manual human work. This means errors and bugs will always persist. On GitHub, the project has almost no bug reports, meaning the users are not good QA testers, and there is little hope that bugs will be found and fixed.

This extension breaks archiveofourown, the pages of the site become blank

Thank you major internet God/Nerds for helping keeping this application alive and independent!

Beware: suffers from the same issue as "I don't care about cookies." Some websites just won't function with this extension enabled, yet the extension can't account for this. Examples: videos won't start, web buttons won't work.

ekarron

Won't work on a lot of websites

Neo

No avast, Great job.
